Gallery Self-Guided Tour Booklet

For younger students, schedule one of our on-site programs at the Cultural Heritage Center. The Buffalo and the Plains Indians, for second graders, and Indians and the Environment: Living with the Land, for third graders, bring alive the cultures of American Indians in South Dakota. These programs are also available as suitcase education kits with lesson plans, exercises, "hands-on" objects, and resource information.

Mrs. Geraets and her second graders participated in the education program The Buffalo and the Plains Indians presented by gallery educator Martha Brost.
