South Dakota Heritage Fund |
The South Dakota Heritage Fund was established in
1982 as a private support group for the South Dakota State Historical Society. The
Heritage Fund is a nonprofit corporation designated by the Internal Revenue Service as tax
exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. The Heritage Fund, which is governed by a
citizen board of directors, enlists interested individuals and
organizations to provide financial and human resources for the Society.
